The Solution
Decode every movement.
Full-body insight into how your patients and athletes move, decoded and instantly actionable, so setbacks get caught before they cost a session.

As little as
1 in 5x
One provider can't watch every athlete at once, and what does get watched is still a judgment call: two clinicians agree on whether the same movement is correct as little as 1 IN 5 TIMES.1 UGEN closes that gap, correcting form the moment it happens and giving your team objective measurement instead of a summary after the fact.
Pillar 01
Measurement & Assessment
Give every patient or athlete an upper- and lower-body assessment, efficiently, accurately, and at scale. It's built to catch what matters while it's still easy to address, not after it's already become a problem.*
Conduct a baseline movement measurement for every patient or athlete, so you always have an objective starting point on record
Deliver movement insight in three dimensions instead of a single plane, so nothing about how they move gets missed
Catch asymmetry, fatigue, and capacity issues early, when they're still easy to correct instead of causing a future issue
*Non-prescription exercise measurement.

Pillar 02
Recovery & Rehabilitation
From conservative management through post-surgical rehab, UGEN supports the conditions that make up the bulk of your caseload, with the same clinical rigor in the clinic and at home. Full visibility beyond the clinic means in-clinic and at-home care work together as one plan.*
Prescribe a treatment program in under a minute, so a patient can start the same day you see them
Choose from a library of approved exercises with multiple variations, so every prescription is customized to the patient in front of you
Monitor every rep remotely or in clinic, so you see where a patient is struggling before they tell you
*Rx only. Prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional.
Pillar 03
Strength & Performance
The same eye that spots a flaw on film is now backed by objective movement data to support the training your team already runs. That means return-to-play and readiness calls are grounded in what the data shows, not just what the tape suggests.*
Real-time feedback on training load, movement quality, and mechanics, so a flaw gets corrected mid-session, not after film review
Objective return-to-play and readiness data, so the call isn't based on how an athlete says they feel
Built for every level your program runs, not just the elite, so every athlete trains with the same objective standard
*Non-prescription exercise measurement.

FAQs
Clinical Use & Workflow
How much clinician time does UGEN require per patient?
It takes approximately 15 minutes to support a patient through initial setup, then roughly 1–2 minutes per day or 10–20 minutes per week for ongoing monitoring per patient.
Which patients are appropriate for UGEN?
Patient selection is a clinical judgment. Appropriate patients are generally those who:
Are comfortable with technology and have a smartphone
Can fully understand how to use the device, including its audible, tactile, and visual cues
Can safely perform movement of the targeted area where the sensors are placed
Understand and can benefit from the role of remote monitoring in their plan of care
How does UGEN support clinical decision-making?
The UGEN platform can assist in supporting timely decision-making regarding a patient’s plan of care by:
Providing objective ROM, repetition, adherence, and movement-quality data between and during visits
Supporting documentation of conservative therapy to help facilitate next steps such as imaging or specialist referral
Delivering real-time correction cues during exercise, so movement quality can be observed rather than inferred
Supporting (but not replacing) clinical assessment. Where device data and clinical observation disagree, clinical judgment governs.
Can multiple providers be attached to one patient?
Yes. A servicing provider is designated when the treatment is created, and additional providers can be added at any time.
ONBOARDING & TRAINING
What is UGEN's onboarding process?
UGEN delivers a four-week onboarding program with dedicated training sessions and structured readiness steps, so the platform is fully configured and clinic staff are trained before any patient is onboarded. The program includes a pre-onboarding readiness review, live training sessions, competency check-offs for general providers and superusers, and a Go-Live readiness confirmation.
Who from our clinic needs to be trained?
All staff who will prescribe, monitor, or support UGEN treatments attend the same core training session(s). A smaller group is designated as superusers and completes an additional evaluative session covering troubleshooting, peer support, and training-the-trainer.
What support does UGEN provide after Go-Live?
UGEN provides onboarding, training, product, and workflow support through a dedicated field Client Success Manager. For daily technical support, providers can call 1-(833)-590-9366 or submit a support ticket directly through the provider portal. UGEN does not provide medical advice, patient treatment decisions, legal advice, billing or coding advice, or payor-coverage guarantees.
